Mara Rothman

Mara has 15+ years of furniture industry, project and account management experience. From pre planning, budget analysis, order entry, time line coordination, tracking and installation Mara has worked with end users, architects and construction professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. Working for Knoll Group and several major market dealerships Mara has experience across an enormous breath of manufacturers, industries and project scopes. Projects have included Assisted Living and Alzheimer residential facilities in Colorado; 100,000+ sq ft corporate headquarters renovations; custom product development, and national rollout of standardized sales offices for technology client. Mara has managed over $10 million dollars of installed furniture projects for diverse clients throughout North America and the Caribbean.

John Ragsdale

John provides our management team with 28 years of professional construction management experience with a record of “on time”, “on budget” project delivery. He has worked in several states delivering multiple “turnkey” commercial projects ranging from $1mm to $10mm. Projects which included land development, new construction, major renovations, tenant fit-up, additions and critical systems upgrades.

In addition to project management, John provides expertise and extensive experience in conceptual design, “value” engineering, budgeting and cost management, contracting, procurement, scheduling and quality control. He assembles project teams and provides the key management role of integrating design, client deliverables and construction with delivery of finished space, ready for occupancy.
